This notice explains how GREER GLOBAL may collect, use, verify, disclose, retain and protect personal information submitted through or generated in connection with its digital properties and enquiry process.

GREER GLOBAL seeks to limit collection to information reasonably relevant to the purpose for which it is being processed.

GREER GLOBAL may verify information supplied in an enquiry using public, institutional, professional, authorized or other lawful sources. Personal information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to service providers supporting website hosting, communications, security, administration, professional advice, compliance or other operational functions.

Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, regulation, legal process, competent authority or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, security or legitimate interests. GREER GLOBAL does not disclose information merely because an enquiry has been made. Access is intended to be limited according to purpose, responsibility and need.

Sensitive information and secure channels
